In May 2020, when the epidemic situation in Mali is serious, SINOTRUK delivered one batch of new trucks to a customer. During the operation of the truck, due to improper operation of the driver, the truck stopped 300 km away from Bamako. After receiving the damage report, Mali office immediately went to the site to solve the truck problem while doing the good epidemic prevention and control.

The epidemic has brought many difficulties and obstacles, but it will not affect SINOTRUKs attitude of being responsible for every truck and every customer. Every stuff of SINOTRUK will always stick to his post and serve customers attentively.
